Simply stunning.

This isn’t just a simple story, it’s a simply beautiful love story……
I wasn’t sure going into this one, not because of the m�nage aspect of it, cause I do love a good m�nage. My hesitation was due to the fact that historical and alternate universe are not something that I would pick up on my own. But because it was written by K.C. Wells, that and there were CockyBoys on the cover, I knew it would be one that I would have to read.
Where to even begin…Ok so I do love a good m�nage, but it needs to be written in a way that all three MCs have equal say in the relationship. No, I don’t mind when two of the three have been together for years prior to adding the third. No, I don’t mind when they all meet at the same time and enter into a threesome because they all agreed to it. What I have issues with is when one of the main players has hesitation to being part of the threesome. I don’t like to see my characters hurt in any way.
Well, let me tell you, K.C. Wells knows how to write a story between three men. I loved the easy acceptance that both sets of parents had toward their children loving the members of the same sex. That right there is a big plus in my book. Yet there were still things that couldn’t be accepted for certain kings. Those things that seem to stand in the way for true happiness for our three MCs.
Oh, I fell in love with Tanish and Feyar from the first few sentences, so much so I thought I would resent Prince Sorren for intruding into their perfect little bubble. Yet when we are introduced to Sorren and we get to know him I realized there was no way I could NOT love him as much as I loved the other two. And by this point you are begging, pleading for the three of them to find a happy ever after.
But there are bumps and heartbreaks that they must go through to get that happy. Things that will leave you wanting to scream, things that will leave you just downright angry, things that will leave you in tears. You feel the pull the three of them have to one another. And it’s a pull that makes you cheer for them. These three are characters that will grab you from the beginning and won’t let you go till the very end.
This is one of the first fantasies that I have read and, like I mentioned before, it is not something I would pick up on my own. That said, while reading this I was transformed into an alternate reality. I was taken to their world, I escaped the here and now, and was enveloped into Sorren, Tanish and Feyar’s world. It totally changed the way I see fantasy books.
Look here is the thing, this book left me feeling content, and happy. It is one that I stayed up late to read, and got up early so I could sneak in a few chapters. One that had me so hooked, I thought about pulling out my phone during church so I could read JUST.A.LITTLE.MORE. It is truly a beautiful story, one that I highly recommend. But I should not be surprised, K.C. Wells is a brilliant story teller who transforms pages into something that takes you to a different place, a place to get lost in, a place where you become a part of these characters lives.

Never wanted this book to end

K.C. Wells is one of my very favorite authors and with each subsequent book she writes, I love her even more. Her characters are wonderful in every way. Although I loved all three MCs in this book, I truly wanted to wrap Sorran up and keep him with me forever. There wasn't anything about this book that I didn't love. I never wanted to leave Teruna and I hope Ms. Wells will give us a chance to visit there again!

The setting is a fantasy world similar to middle earth or the mystical ancient world. Teruna is the center of three kingdoms. Kandor borders Teruna on the west, with mountains that separate Kandor and Teruna, while Vancor is on the east borders of Teruna.
The well written plot features the elements of anguish, jealousy, secrecy and romantic interludes. The kingdom of Kandor is the enemy of Teruna. Rumors of Kandor’s intent to attack Teruna motivate the Teruna king to form an alliance with Vancor. The combined kingdoms of Teruna and Vancor would then be able to defeat Kandor. To accomplish the treaty, the kings decided that their sons should be united in marriage.
The main characters are Prince Tanish of Teruna, Feyar, Tanish’s lover and Prince Sorran of Vancor.
Tanish suffers from guilt because he has loved Feyar for years, but the laws of the kingdom forbid Tanish or anyone from acknowledging Feyar in public. Tanish is forced to keep his love a secret.
As required by Teruna law, Feyar was forcibly enlisted into being a sex tutor for the aristocracy. However Feyar was fortunate enough to be chosen as Tanish’s exclusive bed partner. Feyar regretted the lost of contact with his family, but could not be repentant for the love he shared with Tanish.
Sorran is extremely perceptive; he seeks equality for all the citizens in the realm. When Sorran discovers the love that already exists between Tanish and Feyar, Sorran is heartbroken. Nevertheless, Sorran has a natural magnetism that neither Feyar nor Tanish can resist.
A Bond of Three is an outstanding enjoyable saga. The engaging characters draws the readers into their world by demonstrating the realistic emotional pitfalls Tanish, Feyar and Sorran had to endure before their connection of love was firmly established. The display of compassion in each man is heartwarming; the intimacy scenes are superb.
